We offer a varity of leaves, furloughs, and work programs that support balance between employees' jobs and private lives.
Marriage leave
Employees who get married can take a leave of five consecutive days for preparation, travel, and other marriage-related procedures.
Maternity leave
Employees who give birth can take six weeks of prenatal leave (14 weeks for a multiple birth) and eight weeks of postnatal leave.
Pregnancy leave
Pregnant employees can take leaves totaling up to 20 days per pregnancy in cases of difficulty working due to morning sickness or other pregnancy-related conditions, or when medical examinations are required.
Spousal childbirth leave
Employees whose spouse is giving birth may take leaves totaling up to five days, between the date of the spouse's birth-related hospitalization and three months after childbirth, to attend the childbirth, handle procedures following discharge from hospital, etc.
Child school event leave
Employees can take leaves totaling three days per year to participate in events organized by the elementary schools, kindergartens, and nursery schools of children up to the 6th grade of elementary school.
Child nursing care leave
Employees can take up to 10 days of leave per year for injury, illness, vaccination, or medical checkups of children under elementary school age.
Family care leave
Employees can take up to 10 days of leave per year to provide care for family members requiring care.
Childcare and family nursing care furlough
Employees can take childcare furlough for children under age two. Employees can also take family nursing care furlough up to three times, for a total of 93 days, per year for each family member requiring care.
Shortened working hours for childcare and family nursing care
Employees are eligible for a shortening of working hours by up to two hours per day for children until the end of the third grade of elementary school, or when providing family nursing care.
Special injury/illness leave
For employees with two or more years of service, days of annual paid leave that could not be carried forward to the next business year can be applied to leave used for absence from work due to pregnancy, childcare, family nursing care, or injury/illness lasting five consecutive days or longer.
Volunteer leave
Employees can take up to five days of leave per year to engage in volunteer activities.

Our company has long engaged in efforts for the maintenance and promotion of employees' health, with health and productivity management in mind.

Initiatives related to health and productivity management include communication of our health management declaration and development of a structure for promoting health and productivity management. We have obtained recognition as a Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Regular health examinations
In addition to general health examinations, the company fully shoulders expenses for complete medical examinations (including endoscopy costs), specified health examinations, and gynecological health examinations.
Assistance for influenza and other vaccination expenses
The company fully shoulders expenses for influenza, rubella, and other vaccinations.
