Job description
As a member of the Marketing & Development Division, you will engage in the chain of developer tasks spanning information gathering, economic and legal compliance surveys, income and expenditure estimating, acquisition negotiations, sales contracts, and final decision-making concerning properties that meet the company's investment standards, primarily in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Salary
University graduate, monthly salary: ¥275,000
Master's degree, monthly salary: ¥285,000

Tokyo (Relocation in the future is possible)
Working hours
9:15-17:30 (actual hours of work: 7 hours, 15 minutes) (Flextime available)
