In its real estate development in the retail and entertainment domains, we engage in the development of urban commercial facilities and Neighborhood Shopping Centers (NSCs) as well as urban development projects centered on large arenas.
Our subsidiary Yokohama Akarenga Inc. engages in planning and operation of event projects that evoke culture representative of Yokohama with the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse at the center, under the concept of "A space that creates harbor activity and culture."
Aligning ourselves with this compelling community development project in Hibiya and eager to actively strengthen our involvement in the entertainment field, we made the decision to again provide sponsorship as we did in 2025. This year, we will also take part in volunteer activities at the music festival.
Hibiya Music Festival takes place under the concept of "Creating a Free and Borderless Music Festival Together." Taking Hibiya Park as its main venue, this borderless event offers free concerts and workshops that transcend differences in generations, disabilities, economic disparities, and musical genres to welcome one and all. It creates opportunities for the children who are the future to experience the wonder of music.
This year's festival will extend its stage from the park to the streets. With the renovation of Hibiya YAON, a sacred ground for music, Tokyo International Forum Hall A will serve as a new venue that connects the whole area around Hibiya Park in alarger musical network.
