Under the project plan, Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development will acquire a section of a former Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. factory site that was acquired by HASEKO in 2022, and together with HASEKO will develop a retail facility on the section. The companies plan to develop the facility with a supermarket and home center as its central features, creating a facility that will enrich everyday living for the community and contribute to building a vibrant urban area.
