Higashimurayama Noguchi-cho Retail Facility Project (tentative name)
Summer 2026 (scheduled)
Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development will acquire land and develop a Neighborhood Shopping Center (NSC) with a supermarket as its core tenant. K.K. Beisia, a chain expanding its stores primarily in the northern Kanto region, plans to open a store in the NSC as the core tenant, creating a facility that enriches everyday living in the community.
About the location
The project site is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by the nature of the Musashino area, 14 minutes by foot from Higashimurayama Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. Near Higashimurayama Station, construction work is underway to elevate the railway and remove railroad crossings on the north-south Metropolitan Route 16 (known as Fuchu Kaido) and the east-west Metropolitan Route 129 (known as Taka no Michi) to eliminate local traffic jams. In parallel with this construction work, the East Exit station-front plaza is undergoing renewal, which is expected to further ramp up commercial and community activity at the project site.
