Located near Kuki Interchange, MCUD Kuki II is the second building in the multi-tenant logistics facility in the Kuki area. This part of Saitama Prefecture is home to storage and distribution bases for construction equipment, industrial products, and consumer goods such as pharmaceuticals, foods, beverages, and daily necessities, creating high demand for logistics facilities.
Features of the site
Located about 0.5 km from Kuki Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, MCUD Kuki II meets the need for wide-area distribution bases servicing the Tokyo metropolitan area, the Northern Kanto region, and the Tohoku region via the Metropolitan Inter-City Expressway (Ken-O Expressway) and Tohoku Expressway. The nearby Saitama Prefectural Road Route 3 is a convenient main road that connects the regional trunk roads National Route 16, National Route 17 Shin-Omiya Bypass, and Dai-Ni Sangyo Road with National Route 4 north of Koga in Ibaraki Prefecture.
Features of the facility
The multi-tenant logistics facility has four above-ground floors and can be divided and leased by up to two tenants. Four vertical conveyors and four freight elevators facilitate movement among floors to support facility operations.
