This is a large-scale renovation project for a specified-use industrial facility (frozen and refrigerated warehouse and processing center) through CRE Solutions. We acquired a facility over 25 years old and carried out large-scale renovation of aging equipment and exteriors while maintaining use by tenants. Doing so, we met the tenants' needs for enhancement of operational efficiency and reduction of expenses.
