The Noda City Ozaki Development Project is located in the Noda City Nakazato Industrial Park. Sited along National Route 16, a Tokyo metropolitan area loop line, the facility is about 14 km from the Kashiwa Interchange on the Joban Expressway and about 15 km from the Iwatsuki Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. This location leverages the convenience of three major highways to enable wide-area delivery to the Tokyo metropolitan area and northeastern Kanto region.

The three-story warehouse is easily adaptable to both storage-oriented and pass-through-oriented tenants. Its tenant sections can be partitioned into up to three sections with a minimum section area of about 7,900m², meeting varied leasing demand.
