About the immersive AR action experience event "Emergency Directive! Ultra-Multiverse Operation Earth Defense at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse"

Organized by the Ultra-Multiverse Executive Committee, this ticketed, immersive AR action experience event takes place in the Yokohama area, centered on Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse. Through AR technology, Ultraman and monsters will appear in true-to-life scale in Yokohama, offering participants a dynamic experience that combines the world of Ultraman with the Yokohama cityscape.

About missions

Participants acting as new investigators in the Science Special Search Party (SSSP) will be tasked with investigating a "time-space distortion" appearing in the sky over Yokohama. Working to save Yokohama from a crisis that has transformed the city into a danger zone in which threats from another dimension lurk, investigators will power up the state-of-the-art Ultra Scanner* tool developed by SSSP to assess conditions in the city. They will pass through event locations to uncover clues such as the tracks and shadows of monsters manifesting around Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, investigate the causes of the monster outbreaks believed to originate in the time-space distortion, and support the Ultra Heroes to keep Yokohama safe.

The SSSP Yokohama Branch special booth established on the first floor of Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Building 2 is the starting point for the experience. Participants will pick up an experience kit at the special booth and launch the Ultra Scanner on their smartphones. Armed with only smartphones and easily learned operations, even children will be able to tackle missions without special knowledge of AR.

What Ultra Heroes and monsters will you encounter as you travel the streets of Yokohama? What sort of ending awaits at the end of this breathless, exciting adventure!?

The event’s rich content will let every participant witness unprecedented situations as new investigators of the SSSP.

In addition to the mission content, ticket-holding participants will also be able to take special shots at Ultra AR Photo Spots. These participants can enjoy both the mission content and the Ultra AR Photo content amid the cityscape of Yokohama.

*Requires installation of the event application on participants’ smartphones.

Experience the fun any number of times during the event period!

During the event period, a participant can use the smartphone checked in at the reception area to take part in the experience any number of times. New content will be added to the event so that every visit provides surprises.
