Okumura Corporation (Location: Abeno-ku, Osaka; President and Representative Director: Takanori Okumura) and Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, Inc. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kenji Morita) announce that the companies have concluded a business alliance to develop a retail and logistics facility at a site held by Okumura Corporation in Hirano-ku in the city of Osaka.

About the project plan

Located in a high-population area, the planned site is located 2 minutes on foot from Hirano Station on the JR Kansai Main Line and offers convenient access to two thoroughfares, the Hanshin Expressway and the Kinki Expressway. Okumura Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, Inc. will develop retail and logistics facilities that take advantage of the features of the project site.
