About innoba shared manufacturing/R&D facilities

The brand name "innoba" is coined from "innovation" and the Japanese word "basho" (place), expressing a place where innovation is born.
innoba is a facility that meets the widely diverse leasing needs of companies engaged in manufacturing, R&D, or other business types for which general office spaces present difficulties in leasing. innoba also contributes to resolving societal issues such as the aging of existing manufacturing/R&D facilities. Phase 1 of the Series, innoba Ota, opened in 2023 in Ota-ku, Tokyo, an area in which many manufacturing firms are concentrated. The new development in Kawasaki will mark Phase 2 of the Series.

Features of innoba

Feature ①

innoba's entrance and corridor widths are designed with consideration of loading paths for tenants' equipment. With a shared area that houses a rest space, meeting rooms, and cargo sorting parking lot, as well as private areas offering greater floor load and electrical power capacities than general leased offices, the space meets the multi-use needs of companies engaged in manufacturing, R&D, or other business types for which general office spaces present difficulties in leasing.

Feature ②

innoba supports business expansion and corporate value enhancement tailored to the needs of tenants by facilitating interaction among tenant companies and outside companies as well as networking with outside experts in numerous fields. Incubation-related support is also possible to meet the needs of new companies and small and medium enterprises.

Feature ③

innoba is a privately operated facility and places no restrictions on period of occupancy.
