Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, Inc. Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and Kanden Realty & Development Co., Ltd. have submitted to the municipal government of Suita an Environmental Impact Assessment Proposal related to the Bampaku-kinen-koen Station-Front District Revitalization Project (tentative name), a joint project involving the three companies.

In accordance with the Suita municipal environmental urban planning impact assessment procedures stipulated on the basis of the Suita Municipal Environmental Urban Planning Impact Assessment Ordinance and regulations for the enforcement thereof, the companies have released documentation related to environmental impact assessments.
